Order/Payment
Confirmation emails are usually sent shortly after you place your order. If you don’t see it right away, it may be due to high order volume during a new launch or promotion.
If you still haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at torriden.usa@torriden.com so we can assist you further.
Your order details will be sent to you via email.
If you create an account, you can also view your order history and payment status anytime on your account page.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at torriden.usa@torriden.com with your order number and the details you would like to update.
If you used a discount code, you will need to request a new code, as the original one cannot be reused.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Please contact at torriden.usa@torriden.com to request a return.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, or Amazon Shipping through our 3PL warehouse in the United States.
- Continental U.S.: $6.99 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $60
- Alaska & Hawaii: $18.00 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $120
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.
- Continental U.S.: Delivery in 3–5 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery in 5–8 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, carrier delays, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
We’re unable to change your shipping address or modify your order once it has been packed. Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Email requests for address changes cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
No. torriden.us is a U.S.-based store and does not offer international shipping.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at torriden.usa@torriden.com with photos of:
- The product
- The expiration date and LOT code (found on the bottom)
- The packaging and shipping label with the tracking number
We will review your case and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us via our Contact Us Page.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If your return is due to a change of mind (e.g., no longer needed, not as expected), the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs:
- Orders that did not qualify for free shipping:
Only the return label fee will be deducted. The original shipping fee is not refundable. - Orders that qualified for free shipping:
Return label fee plus the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. - Return Label Fees:

-Alaska & Hawaii: $18 - Partial returns:
Return label fees apply based on your shipping region (see above).
Account Information
No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you earn points and enjoy other member benefits. Sign up for membership here.
With a membership, you can:
- Save and manage your shipping address
- Earn and redeem reward points
- Receive exclusive discounts and offers
Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your email in the “SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER” box, and click the arrow button. That’s it — you’re all set!
Rewards/Coupons
The more you shop and engage with Torriden, the more points you earn!
- Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. (Based on the Free Diver tier; points may vary by membership level.)
- Product Reviews: Earn 100 points when you submit a review via the review email we send after your purchase.
- Birthday Points: Share your birthday with us and earn points. (Points may vary by membership level.)
- Social Media: Follow Torriden’s official TikTok and Instagram to earn 30 points.

Any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account balance.
If you cancel an order that used a coupon redeemed with points, please note that the coupon will not be automatically restored.
If you need to cancel an order placed with a point-redeemed coupon, please contact us at torriden.usa@torriden.com so we can review your request.
