- Torriden Rewards is our loyalty program, offering you exclusive points, perks, and discounts. As a Torriden Rewards member, you can earn points whenever you make a purchase, refer a friend, write a product review, or share your love for Torriden on social media.

- Everyone! Just sign up for an account and start earning points.

- The more you love Torriden, the more you get the points!

• Purchases : Earn 1 points for every $1 spent. (Please note that this information is based on the Free Diver tier and may differ depending on your membership level.)

• Product Reviews : Earn 100 points once you write a review. (Reviews are only eligible if accessed via the review email sent to you after a product purchase)

• Birthday Points : Tell us when your birthday is and we’ll give you points to celebrate!
Free Diver get 500 points, Rescue Diver get 750 points and Master Diver get 1,000 points on your birthday, Happy birthday!

• Take action with our SNS : Follow Torriden's official account TikTok and Instagram to get 30 points.

- Please note that points are only credited from the moment you officially join our membership. Once enrolled, you will start earning points on all future purchases.

- On the "My Account - Rewards" page, you can find the Redeem Your Points section. Here, you can redeem your points for a discount code — every 100 points are worth $2 off your purchase. Choose the amount you want to redeem, copy the code, and apply it at checkout. There’s no minimum balance required.

- Your points will remain in your account until you choose to redeem them for a coupon. Once redeemed, your coupon will be valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued, so be sure to enjoy it before it expires!

- Once you qualify for a membership tier, you will enjoy its benefits for the rest of the current calendar year (January 1 – December 31) and all of the following year. Your tier status will reset at the beginning of the year after that, unless you requalify. We look forward to making every moment rewarding!

- Click on the account icon in the top right corner to see how many points you’ve accumulated.
If you’re using a mobile device, please tap the crown-shaped icon located at the bottom right.

- Your points will show as pending in your account until your order ships; most orders ship within 48 hours, after which your points will be added to your account and available to redeem.

- Any points associated with the order will be deducted from your account balance.

If you cancel an order that used a coupon redeemed with points, please note that the coupon cannot be automatically restored. If you need to cancel such an order, please contact us at torriden.usa@torriden.com . We will review your request and assist you accordingly.

- Share your birthday with us and we’ll give you 500, 750, or 1000 birthday points during your birthday month, depending on your membership tier.

*Please note that you must enter your birth date in advance to be eligible for birthday points.
*Members must enter their birth date at least one month prior to the first day of their birthday month to receive the reward.

- You can update your birthday in your account - "Rewards" page.

- We are sorry to see you go! Please contact us at torriden.usa@torriden.com and we will deactivate your account. You may re-enroll in Torriden Rewards at any time, but your points balance will be reset to zero.
